Shipping Policies
- Most in-stock items ship same day if your order is received before
1 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
- Custom FreshMarx machines ship in 4-6 weeks. Most custom labelers will ship sooner, please call-1-877-774-6829 for information about your particular order.
- Depending on the items ordered, separate shipments may be required, we will point this out on your invoice statement.
- All agreements for product and delivery dates are contingent upon fire, strikes, labor disputes, delay on the part of carriers, and other delays beyond Paxar's control.
Shipping Rates
- When ground UPS, ground RPS or Parcel Post is used, standard
rates apply (see chart below).
- UPS NEXT Day Air Charge is 2-1/2 times Standard Shipping Rate - see chart below
- UPS 2nd Day Air® is 2 times Standard Shipping Rate - see chart below
- When it is not possible to ship by these methods, your shipping
costs will be calculated on freight and handling costs and added
to your invoice.
- Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped by UPS 2nd Day Air with
applicable rates.
